More: Sandy is my faithful companion. She has hiked the mountains of New Hamshire, she lovess to paddle board with me, and she has kayaked through Acadia National Park. She runs almost always off leash, 4 or 5 miles a day in any weather. She loves a good New England snow storm. Sandy has a group of 10 dog friends (the LARDS- Ladies And Running Dogs) that she explores running trails with daily.
