More: Selah is fun, playful and very smart. She knows all of her toys by name. And,. she loves her people. Someone once described this breed (a mix of Shih Tzu and Bichon Frise) as "a blanket with legs"! And she sure is just that! She is our Covid puppy who has kept us smiling during the pandemic.
