More: Skittles obviously was first in our home. He wanted nothing to do with Rosie, (yellow lab but is mostly white like her brother), when my daughter and I brought her home. It took some time for him to ‘warm up’ to her. But now they are very close. She instinctively knows to be careful around skittles since he is so much smaller than her so she is ‘playful’ with him but never hurts him. He plays right back with her and knows to not get too close when she gets excited. They are so cute together
