More: Slim is a rescue who spent 8 weeks in the Washington State penitentiary where he lived with an inmate trainer. The pairing benefits both the dog and the inmate. Slim’s trainer wrote us a lovely letter explaining all of his talents as well as his quirks. He is a wonderful dog who helped us heal after we lost our first rescue to cancer. He is a bit of a goof ball which is just what we needed. He makes us laugh out loud every day.
