More: Spencer loves everyone especially children. He loves to get in the spirit of Halloween and greets every child trick or treating. He elicits giggles, laughs and hugs from the little ones. It is his favorite time of year! He does usually have to wear several coats under his costumes however this year it was unusually warm.
