More: Teddy was found on the side of the road by a Good Samaritan. I found him on the “lost pets” section of a website in NC, and happened to recognize the name of the Good Samaritan as the woman who used to dog sit our family dogs when I was little— so I reached out. I am so glad that I did. Teddy was never claimed, so was then surrendered to the Durham, NC rescue where I was able to foster him through his heartworm treatment and then adopt! He has been a fluffy light in my life. 🤍
