More: My husband and I found Thelma on petfinders in May, 2020. Due to the pandemic, the rescue organization told us we would have to meet her at an outside location and make our decision quickly. I have always had a dog but never one with so much expression. Her eyes went from nervous and sad to smiling and happy over the next few months. She is so wonderful.
