More: Quinn lived in a puppy mill the first 4 years of her life. Her front leg was broken in the mill and set by the owner (not correctly.) it did not heal properly and the mill owner figured she was of no value to him (puppy mills are a billion dollar industry.) Fortunately he took Quinn to the vet to be euthanized and the vet contacted Havanese Angel League who rescued her. Her leg couldn’t be corrected so amputation at the shoulder was the only adoption. We failed at fostering and she joined our family and given the name The Mighty Quinn. It took a while but she goes everywhere the east of our pack goes. “Walk” is her favorite word and activity!!! Pretty cool for a dog that had never seen grass before!!
