More: Toby is 20 pounds of pure love!! He is smart, goofy, clumsy, cuddly and sometimes smelly. He loves the water, whether that’s going to the beach, riding on the boat, hanging out on the river or just playing in his puppy pool at home. He is also a self proclaimed model (in my eyes). We love our boy!
