More: Toby lived his first 7 years in a single room with 80 other dogs and little to no human contact. He came to me as a foster and was terrified. He had no idea how to be a dog and was afraid of everything and everyone, He has been with me for 8 months now. He has grown to live and trust me and I formally adopted him in August, He is learning how to have fun, to give and receive love and the joys of being a dog.
