More: Toffee is a rescued pup that was born mostly blind and totally deaf. She is a double merle that spent nearly 3 days trapped 48 feet down in a 6-inch crevice when she was only 5 weeks old. Rescue teams scrambled to figure out how to pull her out of the crevice and eventually they pulled her to safety. She has learned to take signs and been through numerous training classes. An amazing swimmer, and incredible fetcher that is an inspiration to people in the community. Simply a great story and wonderful dog.
