More: We adopted Tom in April of 2015 ... Tom had been return to the shelter twice at no fault of his own and definitely was meant to be ours , he brings me so much joy and happiness he's a one-of-a-kind kind of dog who always has a bow tie collar on and he loves his doggie clothes! He most definitely deserved a second chance at life and I'm so happy that I am the person that is able to give it to him
