More: Tubby was rescued and adopted from our local shelter. As a puppy he never barked. We thought something was defective with his voice. He eventually barked a few times, but not many. He has grown up to be the friendliest and loving dog we have ever owned. He loves people and loves to socialize. With a little training he could become an excellent therapy dog.
