More: Wally lived on the streets of Tijuana until he was rescued by an organization in Mexico. He had three surgeries to fix a medical issue and came to us when he was six months old. He was scared of pretty much everything when he joined his new family and now he loves his house, his toys, his big doggy sister Sunshine, and creating mischief any chance he gets.
