More: Whiskey is a rescue of 150 all GSHP taken off a breeding facility. There were 50 dogs in a pen all intact, males and females. The were malnourished and fought for food she was definitely on the bottom of pecking order. Probably because she was so young. We were so fortunate to rescue her. My son choose her because she hid in the corner. He sat there for a long time till he got her to sit on him and that was it. We saw 20 dogs and he chose her because she needed us! She is still a work in progress because Covid has made it hard to socialize. But she is so loving . I truly believe she loves us for choosing her!
