More: Winter came to a hot mess, he had been kept chained outside and never had been to a vet. I don’t think he would have lasted another month if he hadn’t been rescued when he was. His former abuse has left him blind, but it never diminished his happy personality. Winter is now a spoiled boy that is deeply loved.
