More: Zeus was abandoned in the Redlands area of Florida as a puppy along with his 3 littermates. He had no social contact, and when he was delivered to me by the rescue after being captured, I wondered what I had done. He was approximately 7.5 months old, terrified of people, other dogs, cats, and horses and had to learn how to walk on a leash. He has turned into the absolute best dog I have ever owned, and he is a fantastic hiking companion, watchdog, and family pet!
