More: Franklin was previously a stray that was taken to a high-kill shelter in SC and then rescued by Grass Roots Animal shelter in Delaware where I adopted him in 2020. He was 35lbs underweight, but is now a very happy go-lucky boy. He enjoys cuddling on the couch and coming to work with me and greeting patients. He definitely brings a smile to everyone that he meets. He is the sweetest boy and I cannot imagine life without him.
