More: Rocky is a beautiful dog with the sweetest soul I have had him since he is 6 weeks old. He has spondoloyis so he can't be on a leash but my mommy and daddy push me around in a dog stroller so I can see the beautiful outdoors. He has to snuggle with his blankets everyday.
