More: I rescued Ruger at 4months old. He was abandoned in a shopping center parking lot in NC. If that wasn’t the saddest thing, he tested positive for Provo when I brought him to my vet. He absolutely had a RUFF beginning, but he is thriving now. He loves all dogs and children. Loves to run, play and meet new friends. His bestest friend is a rescue 1 1/2 year old kitty named Ozzie. He’s just the sweetest boy ever.
